Security Cleared Careers: how the cashback pathway works

The idea

You sponsor your Baseline, NV1 or NV2 clearance through Logi-Tech. Once you are cleared, you can choose to be placed with our Defence-industry partners. If you take a placement, your clearance fee is reimbursed.

You are not required to take a placement. Your clearance is yours. You can take it to any employer that needs one.

Who our partners are

Logi-Tech is part of the Para Bellum Group. That includes Para Bellum Solutions (consulting to Government and industry across strategy, project management and workforce solutions) and Enginium (systems engineering, MBSE, Test and Evaluation across Defence platforms).

Between the three companies, we place cleared talent across cyber, systems, project management, engineering, ICT, and site-access trades.

How reimbursement works

You pay your sponsorship fee up front (Baseline $2,750, NV1 $4,730, NV2 $7,370) or through Zip instalments. Once cleared, if we place you into a Defence-industry role through our partner network, the sponsorship fee is refunded to you as part of the placement package.

Steps

Step 1: Submit your free pre-application. Step 2: We initiate AGSVA under our DISP accreditation. Step 3: You are cleared. Step 4: You are placed with a partner. Step 5: Your fee comes back.

If you already have a job lined up

That is fine. You can take your clearance to that job and stay outside the placement pathway. Sponsorship and placement are two separate services.
