He brings 20+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams to achieve strategic objectives in complex environments. His expertise lies in navigating change, optimising operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and UNSW (Masters of Business), Tyson oversees the broader Para Bellum Group (Para Bellum Solutions, Enginium and Logi-Tech) as CEO.
Jake Kearsley
Chairman and OwnerJake brings an exceptional depth of defence and industry expertise, having served for more than 35 years in the Australian Defence Force as a full-time and part-time member. Jake is currently Director General Reserves – Army.
Prior to establishing Para Bellum Solutions in 2017, Jake built a successful career in global strategy and management consulting. Today, he leverages his deep networks across ICT, Defence, and Space to drive innovation in consulting, engineering, and technology across the broader Para Bellum Group.
