How Logi-Tech collects, handles, and safeguards your information.
Who we are. Logi-Tech Pty Ltd, part of the Para Bellum Group. Registered in Australia, headquartered in Adelaide, DISP Level 3 accredited.
What we collect. Only what’s needed to sponsor and manage your security clearance under AGSVA policy: identity documents, background information you provide during pre-application, and clearance status updates from AGSVA.
How we use it. To submit and manage your clearance application, to communicate with you about your status, and to meet our reporting obligations under the Defence Industry Security Program. We do not sell or trade your data.
Who we share with. AGSVA (the vetting authority), your nominated referees, and where you consent, our defence-industry partners via the Security Cleared Careers pathway.
Retention. We retain clearance and sponsorship records for the period required by AGSVA and Australian record-keeping legislation, then securely destroy them.
Your rights. You can request access to your personal information, request corrections, or lodge a complaint. Reach us at clearances@logitech.com.au. If unresolved, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
