You need NV2 for the job. You need the job for NV2. We're the third door.
Senior defence, classified programs. If you’ve watched “must have current NV2” close every good defence role in your inbox, this is exactly the problem we solve. We sponsor Australian citizens for NV2 directly under our Defence Industry Security Program (DISP)-accredited sponsorship, so you walk into interviews already cleared. Cleared NV2 tech is paying $30k to $50k a year more than commercial across Australia. Payback on the fee inside the first month.
The clearance catch-22.
You know the timing dilemma: every good defence-tech role is going to candidates who already hold an active NV2. You keep losing to them, not because your skills are weaker, but because their clearance is current and yours does not exist yet.
Everyone in defence-tech recruiting hits this wall. It doesn't matter how good you are. The door is closed until you break the loop.
“You need an active NV2 to apply for this role.”
“An employer must sponsor your NV2 application.”
Get sponsored without an employer offer.
Logi-Tech is DISP-accredited. That accreditation allows us to sponsor NV2 clearances for individuals who aren't yet employed by a defence prime. You come to us. We sponsor. AGSVA vets. You interview holding an active clearance.
How the third door actually works.
You keep your current job. We do the paperwork. AGSVA runs the vetting. Somewhere between three and six months later. Depending on their workload. You have an active NV2 clearance you can take into any defence-industry interview in the country.
The reason most sponsors won't do this: it's work, and it's a commitment. They only want to sponsor people they're already paying, so they can amortise it against a project. We've built our practice specifically to sponsor cleared professionals into the wider defence-industry talent market. That's the whole business.
Once you're cleared, our Para Bellum Group placement pathway kicks in. If you like, we can introduce you to hiring defence primes, tier-2 suppliers, and specialist consultancies across Australia. If you land a role with one of our Para Bellum Group clients (Logi-Tech, Enginium or Para Bellum Solutions) and complete at least 60 days on that contract within two years of your original clearance application, we reimburse your full $4,730 sponsorship fee. Placement is not guaranteed. T&Cs apply.
Rejected before interview
Great CV. Wrong box unchecked. ATS filters kill your application because you don't have “current NV2” on your profile. You never speak to a human.
Priority applicant
You are one of the small pool of already-cleared candidates. Recruiters call you. Salary offers move up. You choose the role, not the other way around.
Your NV2 is yours. It’s not tied to us.
Once granted, an NV2 is valid for 10 years. It is portable across every future sponsor. If you take a role with a defence prime tomorrow, they become your sponsor and the clearance transfers. If your employer doesn’t hold DISP accreditation, we can continue to sponsor in the background. Your career asset, not ours.

Declared foreign family is managed under Guideline B (Foreign Influence), which assesses vulnerability to coercion, not heritage. India, Philippines, Vietnam, UK, South Africa, dual citizenship, we’ve placed candidates from all of these. Not disqualifying if declared.
Denials are rare when the application is honest and complete. That's why we screen for red flags early, before you spend a dollar with AGSVA. NV2 denial is not a permanent black mark, you can reapply after remediation.
Different system. In Australia, DISP-accredited sponsorship (like ours) is the legally correct pathway. Defence explicitly enables sponsorship of individuals through accredited entities. Verifiable on defence.gov.au.
AGSVA runs a digital footprint check. Old posts rarely matter unless they suggest extremism, dishonesty or coercion risk. We walk you through the review and prep context if anything might come up.
No. You’re free to take any cleared role, any employer, any city. Para Bellum placement is optional and it’s the pathway that reimburses your fee. If a different prime sponsors you, your clearance transfers.
Year 1 is included in the fee. Ongoing sponsorship is optional and only if you want us to hold your sponsorship between contracts. Once employed by a defence prime, they typically become your sponsor.
The NV2 sponsorship, in full.
Most sponsors won't publish this. We do. Sponsorship fee to us plus the AGSVA vetting fee to the Commonwealth. Annual sponsorship maintenance applies from year 2. Zip payment plan available.

Questions senior defence & classified programs ask.
Yes. Logi-Tech is DISP-accredited, which is the accreditation tier that permits sponsorship of NV2 (and above) for individuals who aren't yet employed by a defence prime. This is what we do.
AGSVA typically takes 6 to 12 months once the ePack is submitted. Complex cases (extensive overseas time, foreign contacts) can take longer. Our part (sponsorship + application prep) is usually 2 to 3 weeks.
We keep our sponsorship fee transparent, we'll give you the full figure on the call. AGSVA also charges a Commonwealth vetting fee for NV2, paid directly to the government. Zip payment plans are available on our fee.
Dual citizenship isn't automatically a blocker for NV2, but it will be examined. Foreign contacts (family, close friends) are declared and assessed. Honesty is the only strategy that works. Concealment is what gets clearances denied.
AGSVA looks at financial history because debt is considered a vulnerability. Discharged bankruptcy 5+ years ago is usually fine. Current bankruptcy or unresolved significant debts are a red flag.
Yes. Once you hold an active NV2 with us, upgrading to NV2 is a shorter process because much of the vetting is already done. Some defence primes prefer to be the ones to upgrade you once they employ you. We can walk you through the trade-offs.
Yes. Your NV2 belongs to you, not to us. Once granted, you can be re-sponsored by any employer or DISP-accredited organisation for the duration of the clearance (typically 7 years). It's a genuine asset.
Once your NV2 is granted, we introduce you to hiring defence primes, tier-2 suppliers and specialist consultancies across Australia. If you land a role with a Para Bellum Group client (Logi-Tech, Enginium or Para Bellum Solutions) and complete at least 60 days on that contract within two years of your original clearance application, we reimburse your full $4,730 sponsorship fee. Your annual sponsorship fee is waived while you’re actively on that contract. AGSVA fees are separate and are paid to the Commonwealth. Placement depends on live opportunities and client suitability, it is not guaranteed. Your NV2 is portable and stays yours either way. Full T&Cs apply.

Fifteen minutes on the phone with our team is enough to tell you whether you qualify, what NV2 will cost, and how long it will take. No pressure, no obligation.
